{CROPPING & PRINT SIZES; Why Does it Matter?}

Choosing the correct crop can greatly impact the result of your print. The image above is of my daughter Anna & is the in camera crop for this image. When I imported this set into my editing software, I didn't need to adjust the crop of this image to follow the rule of thirds or alter the angle due to bad tilting - which I am guilty of 98% of the time. When I do correct these things, I try my hardest to take into account the many ways a print will crop on top of what I have already cropped out of the image because I never want to ruin an image by chopping off a persons limb or any other important detail. The print size chosen can change the entire look of an image. Below is the above image cropped to the different size prints that I offer - something to think about when ordering prints.

*4x6, 16x24 & 20x30 print sizes do not crop.

4x6 5x7 8x10

11x14 16x20 16x24

20x30 24x30 30x40
